Description
master:~ # cephadm rm-cluster --fsid be909564-691b-11ea-9063-5254009bd4ee --force
master:~ # ls /etc/ceph/ ceph.client.admin.keyring ceph.conf rbdmap
Downside is that a future call to ceph will hang, as it tries to reach the cluster be909564-691b-11ea-9063-5254009bd4ee

What should the behavior here be? Check if the /etc/ceph config has the same fsid, and if so, remove it + the keyring(s)? What about rbdmap? (not sure where that came from tbh)
