Description
I saw one group put in IP addresses in host=. I saw one person put in long hostnames (with domain).
The sysvinit init script matches against the short hostname (strictly, the hostname up to the first dot, which I think is just wrong so I'd rather not document that in detail -- it'll just confuse people more).
This makes "service ceph -a start" work, but after a reboot, nothing gets started.
mkcephfs docs need to be more explicit about host= values being short hostnames.
Also, note that the host= field is only for mkcephfs&sysvinit. When using chef or ceph-deploy, it must not be used.
