Description

our options are basically and ioctl or virtual xattrs. virtual xattrs are easier to use and portable across fuse and kclient.

initially, we can just expose the auth mds. see also #387.

I believe we just want an virtual client-side xattr to show what the authoritative MDS is for a given inode.
