Description
Running "ceph mds stop foo" tells the MDS to stop, but it doesn't seem to be able to finish stopping.
This is on a vstart.sh-created cluster with no writes ever performed on it.
This prevents decreasing the number of active MDSes in the cluster; once "stopping" finishes again, re-check that functionality.

i suspect if we have no sessions there might be problems, but that's a hard situation to reproduce. and i'm not sure i care right now! suicide works just as well in this case.
